We approach each project as a unique challenge with solutions derived from an innovative, collaborative, and sustainable design process. Through this process, we forge lasting relationships with our clients that extend well beyond a singular project. It is the strength of these relationships – coupled with the satisfaction of the students, faculty, and staff – which provides the metric by which we measure our success.

Meet our Higher Education Leadership
Ryan leads each project with a deep passion for design that involves all parties in a collaborative process that clearly defines project goals and builds consensus. With every project, Ryan sets precedence on client service. His sense of responsibility to the client is reflected in everything from the sustainable design elements he incorporates into projects, to the rigorous budget management he maintains. He strives to develop a close relationship with the client, assisting them to define and ultimately execute their project goals. Ryan’s strengths lie in coordinating the planning and design team from the initial concept through the final documents and personally seeing that process through from beginning to end. He has tremendous technical expertise in complex equipment-driven programming and building issues like envelope detailing. He pays close attention to each design consultant’s work throughout the process in order to deliver a complete and cohesive final product in which every individual involved in the process can take pride.

Topher’s unique pathway to becoming an architect has provided him with rich and varied experience. Prior to entering into the architecture profession, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in performance theatre with emphases in technical theatre and directing from the University of Northern Colorado. Both of those emphases have provided him with the skills necessary to be a capable project manager and architect. His desire to work on education projects stems from his belief that educational facilities are not only an integral part of a person’s growth, but also an important asset to the community they serve. His passion for sustainable design drives him to design facilities that provide an efficient asset to the community for the life of the building.
